Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, returns and refunds are not available 48 hours after receipt of your item.

Customization Errors: Refunds will not be issued for errors resulting from incorrect customization details provided by the purchaser (e.g., misspelled names, wrong dates, etc.). Please double-check your customizations before placing your order.
